Consent to personal data processing
1. Subject of consent
By completing and submitting the materials-request form on mongoliacuprum.com (the “Site”), the individual (the “User”) freely, voluntarily and in their own interest consents to the processing of personal data stated in the form and related to the submission of the enquiry.
Consent is deemed given when the relevant form checkbox is ticked and the submit button is pressed.
The User confirms that they have read the Site’s Privacy Policy and understand the purposes and conditions of processing of their data.
2. Data covered by this consent
Consent covers the following information to the extent actually provided by the User and/or automatically accompanying the enquiry:
- name;
- company / organisation name;
- position or role;
- email address;
- telephone number and/or messenger identifier (including Telegram);
- comment text and any other information voluntarily entered in the form;
- operational details of the enquiry: date and time of submission, page address, referral source (if provided), UTM parameters (if present), network address (IP) to the extent required for abuse prevention.
Consent does not cover special categories of personal data. Please do not enter health, biometric, political, nationality or other information unrelated to a business enquiry about the project.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data are processed solely for the purposes of:
- receiving, recording and reviewing the User’s enquiry about the project and investment materials;
- responding to the User via the contacts provided;
- qualifying interest in the project;
- organising subsequent communication, including agreeing a confidentiality arrangement and terms of access to the extended materials package;
- maintaining Site and form security (including anti-spam protection);
- complying with applicable law in respect of handling enquiries.
Data are not used for mass advertising mailings and are not shared with advertising networks for targeting without separate User consent.
4. Processing operations
Under this consent, the following operations may be performed with personal data: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, disclosure (provision, access) in the cases set out below, restriction, deletion and destruction — with or without automated means.
5. Disclosure of data
Personal data may be accessible to authorised persons who review enquiries and communicate about the project, and may be disclosed:
- to infrastructure service providers (hosting, email delivery) where necessary for Site operation and enquiry handling, subject to their confidentiality obligations;
- to other parties — only with the User’s consent or where expressly required by applicable law (including at the request of competent public authorities).
Personal data are not sold and are not shared with third parties for independent marketing.
6. Duration of consent
Consent remains in force from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or until the User withdraws consent — whichever occurs earlier — unless retention is required to protect rights, resolve disputes or comply with legal duties.
After the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, personal data shall be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.
7. Withdrawal of consent
The User may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request:
- to office@mongoliacuprum.com;
- or via the Site contact form.
Please include details that allow identification of the enquiry (name, company, email and/or telephone used on submission). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
After withdrawal, further communication on the enquiry may be limited or discontinued if the relevant data are necessary to continue reviewing the request.
8. User rights
The User may request correction of their data, restriction of processing, and information about processing to the extent provided by applicable law, by contacting the addresses in section 7.
9. User confirmations
By submitting the form, the User confirms that:
- the information provided is accurate and current;
- they have reached the age required to give consent independently, or act with the consent of a legal representative;
- where submitting on behalf of an organisation, they have sufficient authority for an initial contact;
- they have read the Site’s Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
The current version of this consent is published on the Site at https://mongoliacuprum.com/en/consent/ and applies to enquiries submitted after its publication.
Questions about this consent and personal-data processing may be sent to office@mongoliacuprum.com.
