Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how information voluntarily provided by users of mongoliacuprum.com (the “Site”), including through the materials-request form, is processed.
The Policy is informational and sets out the rules actually applied on the Site when handling personal and other data. By using the Site and submitting an enquiry, the user confirms that they have read this Policy.
The Site is intended for an initial introduction to the exploration project and for organising a substantive dialogue with interested parties. Extended materials may be provided after interest is qualified and a confidentiality agreement is executed.
2. Categories of information that may be processed
Depending on the user’s actions on the Site, the following categories of information may be processed:
- Enquiry-form data: name; company name; position or role; email address; telephone number and/or messenger identifier (for example, Telegram); comment text; confirmation of consent to personal-data processing.
- Operational details of the enquiry: date and time of submission; page address from which the enquiry was sent; referral source (if provided by the browser); UTM parameters in the URL (if present); network address (IP) to the extent required for abuse prevention.
- Technical data from ordinary browsing: information automatically transmitted by the browser (device and browser type, interface language, approximate screen parameters), and cookies to the extent necessary for the Site to function correctly.
The Site does not request and is not intended to collect special categories of personal data (health, biometrics, political opinions, and similar). Please do not include such information in the enquiry comment.
3. Purposes of processing
Information is processed solely for the following purposes:
- receiving and reviewing enquiries about the project and investment materials;
- qualifying interest and organising further communication;
- agreeing a confidentiality arrangement and the terms of access to the extended materials package;
- maintaining the operability, security and anti-spam protection of the Site and the form;
- complying with applicable law in respect of handling enquiries.
Information is not used for mass advertising mailings, is not published openly on the Site, and is not shared with advertising networks as an audience for targeting.
4. Legal basis and voluntary nature
Processing of form data is based on the user’s voluntary consent, confirmed by ticking the relevant box when submitting the enquiry, and by submitting the request on the user’s own initiative.
Providing data in the form is voluntary. Without the mandatory fields (including contact details for a reply), the enquiry cannot be considered on its merits.
The user warrants that the information provided is accurate and that they are entitled to provide it for the stated purposes. Where an enquiry is submitted on behalf of an organisation, the user confirms authority to act for that organisation in the context of an initial contact.
5. Manner and retention periods
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, restriction, deletion and destruction — to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy.
Enquiries are handled by authorised persons responsible for project communications. Access to information is limited to those who need it to review the enquiry.
Form data are retained until the processing purposes are achieved or until consent is withdrawn / deletion is requested, unless retention is required to protect rights, resolve disputes, or comply with legal duties. Security logs may be retained for a limited period necessary to prevent abuse.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing.
Disclosure is possible only in the following cases:
- at the user’s direct request or with the user’s consent in connection with preparing a confidentiality agreement and access to materials;
- to infrastructure service providers (hosting, email delivery) where necessary for the Site to operate, provided such parties process the information only to deliver the service and are bound to confidentiality;
- where required by competent public authorities in the cases and manner prescribed by applicable law.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use technical cookies and similar technologies required for stable page operation, session settings and protection of the form against automated submissions.
Third-party web analytics and advertising pixels may be disabled at the time of this version. If they are enabled in future, this description will be updated and, where required by law, additional consent will be obtained.
Users may restrict cookies in browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect some Site functions.
8. Security measures
Organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks are applied, including:
- restricted access to enquiries;
- use of a secure connection (HTTPS) when using the Site;
- anti-spam form mechanisms (including hidden fields and timing/technical checks);
- reasonable ongoing updates of Site software.
Absolute security of data transmission over the Internet is not guaranteed. By submitting information through the form, the user acknowledges residual risks inherent in any online exchange.
9. User rights
The user may:
- obtain information about the processing of their data to the extent provided by applicable law;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- withdraw consent to processing and/or request deletion of data where no other lawful basis for retention applies;
- restrict processing in cases provided by law.
To exercise these rights, send a request to the email address shown on the Site or via the contact form. Please include enough detail to identify the enquiry (for example, name, company and email used on submission).
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
10. Links to external resources
The Site may contain links to external websites and documents. This Policy does not apply to third-party resources. Users should review the data-handling rules of those resources separately.
11. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated if Site functionality, the categories of information processed, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with a date.
Continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version insofar as it applies to further use of the Site and new enquiries. For previously submitted enquiries, the rules in force at the time of receipt apply unless otherwise required by law.
12. Contact for Policy matters
Questions about processing of information on the Site and this Policy may be sent to office@mongoliacuprum.com or via the Site contact form.
